Who Are We?
Affinity Ranch, was born of a partnership between Promise Ranch, founded in 2008 and Praying Hands Ranch. founded in 1987. Two like minded organizations that are devoted to enriching our community through connection and inclusion. Our vision is to serve and empower our community, including those with differing abilities, veterans, and families through healing with animals and the experiential nature of the ranch.
Combining our resources has allowed us "unbridled possibilities". We have expanded our programming in Adaptive Horsemanship, Equine Assisted Therapy (Hippotherapy), Equine assisted mental health, pre-vocational training, job coaching, and inclusive recreational activities.
We currently have a herd of 18 horses, 3 goats, 5 cats (2 feral, so you probably won't see them), 3 bunnies, and several chickens. Our animal partners are the heart and soul of the ranch. We treat these animals with respect and take great care to ensure they are healthy and happy.
