Tours and Group Visits/Projects at Affinity Ranch

We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to experience the mission and daily life at Affinity Ranch.

Private Tours

Private tours are available for individuals or groups with a strong interest in supporting Affinity Ranch through meaningful sponsorship.

Length: 1 hour
Cost: free
Includes:
- Guided tour of the Ranch
- Overview of our current programs and volunteer opportunities
- Discussion of sponsorship options and Affinity Ranch's current needs
Waiver & Roster: A guest waiver will be signed upon arrival.

Field Trips

Designed for groups interested in learning more about our programs and mission. Ideal for schools, clubs, or organizations. Groups larger than 10 participants may be split into smaller groups with multiple guides.

Length: 1 hour
Cost: $50
Includes:
- Guided tour of the Ranch
- Overview of our programs and volunteer opportunities
Waiver & Roster: Must be completed prior to the visit.

Animal Experience can be added to a Field Trip

This customizable experience offers a more hands-on, immersive opportunity to meet and interact with our animals, which may include horses, goats, chickens, or bunnies. This may be added in addition to a field trip or group tour.

Length: 1 Hour
Cost: $100 for groups up to 10 people; $200 for groups up to 20 people
Includes:
- Personalized introduction to some of our animals
- In-depth look at Affinity Ranch
- An opportunity to experience some of the magic of our programming

Funded Projects / Group Service Projects

Affinity Ranch welcomes organizations and groups interested in sponsoring and completing meaningful service projects. Whether as part of a "Day of Service" or a community engagement effort, we will work with you to match your resources and interests with a project that supports the Ranch’s needs.

Length: Varies
Includes:
- Collaborative planning for a Ranch improvement project
- Opportunity to fund necessary materials
- Staff guidance and oversight on the day of the project
Waiver & Roster: Required prior to the scheduled project day.

Waiver Policy

For all options, except Private Tours, a completed waiver is required for each participant before arrival. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.
Please coordinate with us in advance to receive the necessary waiver documents for your group. Unfortunately, anyone—especially minors—arriving without a completed waiver will not be able to participate.

Please Note:

Riding lessons are not offered to the public
Unescorted visits to the property are not permitted
Volunteer groups or individuals must coordinate in advance; walk-ins are not allowed
