How long is your waitlist?
Wait times vary by program and can be difficult to predict. The waitlists for Adaptive Horsemanship and Physical Therapy (Hippotherapy) are currently longer, with some clients waiting up to 18 months for an opening. We encourage families to join the waitlist as early as possible.
Our psychotherapy services typically have shorter waitlists, and clients are often able to be scheduled more quickly as availability allows.
How do I get on the waiting list?
To be added to a waiting list, please visit www.affinityranch.org and click on the Client tab. From there, select the orange button labeled Prospective Client Registration Form.
When completing the form, please be sure to select all waitlists you would like to be added to. Once the form is submitted, you will automatically be placed on each selected waitlist.
When a space becomes available, a member of our team will contact you directly by phone.
Does your mental health team take insurance?
Yes, we have providers who take various insurances including Medicaid as well as private pay options.
