Attendance Policy
  • Please call the office or instructor (if the office is closed) as soon as you know you will not be able to attend a lesson. This is helpful to the volunteers and our horses!

  •  If classes are canceled you will be notified by text message or phone, please make sure we have your correct contact information.

  • If lessons are canceled because of weather, horse or instructor illness you will not be charged for the missed lesson.

  • If you cancel your lesson, you will still be responsible for the charges as we have reserved instructor time and arena space for you.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your lesson time to allow time for a bathroom stop, clothing adjustments, etc.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled lesson time we will not be able to do a mounted riding lesson, because the amount of time needed for safe mounting and dismounting would make the mounted lesson time not useful for instruction.
